How do I start the process to plan my vacation with PIC Your Paradise Travel?Contact us by phone or email. I will collect some information about your vacation and provide you with a quote.

How much does your services cost?The initial consultation is free. Research Fee - $75. You will receive two proposals based on your request. Research Fee for Groups - $150. You will receive two proposals based on your request. Itinerary Planning Services - This service is for people that likes to book their own vacations but does not have the time to do the research. You will receive a personalized travel itinerary created and customized specifically for you that will include all of the trip components (flights, Hotel, transportation,restaurants, activities, etc.). - Standard Itinerary Planning Fee (for 1/2 people) - $150 - Complex Itinerary Planning Fee (1/2 people) - $250 - Standard Itinerary Planning Fee for Groups - $300 - Complex Itinerary Planning Fee for Groups - $450 Booking Fee - $50 per person due at the time of booking (non-refundable).

Do I have to pay upfront for my vacation?The amount required varies on the supplier. The deposit requirements are set by the suppliers that we book through. Deposit rates vary based on the resort or package you select, and the time you are traveling. Most suppliers require that you pay the balance 45 days prior to your arrival.

Can I use more than one credit card to apply payment?Yes, but for the first payment only one credit card can be used.

What are acceptable forms of payment?Credit cards: AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa

What if I have to cancel my trip?Penalties vary according to when you cancel. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and must include the date, reservation number, parties names, and must come from the person that is listed on the reservation.Telephone request will not be honored.We strongly suggest that you purchase Travel Insurance.

Change/Revision FeesFees apply to changes in the package type (new travel dates, hotel, adding/removing parties from the room).

Credit Card TransactionsIf the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owed to the supplier/vendor immediately. If your vacation is cancelled due to a declined credit card, you will be subjected to all cancellation fees.

ChargebacksIf Pic Your Paradise Travel incurs any cost, including but not limited to Attorneys fees, to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these cost.

Required Entry/Re-Entry DocumentationProper documentation is your responsibility. You must have a valid Passport when traveling international and may be denied boarding if your passport is damaged or have excessive wear. A passport valid for up to 6 months past the date of completed travel is required when traveling internationally.

Denial of EntryCertain countries may deny entry to travelers with even a minor criminal record and entry back into the US. It is your responsibility to check with the US Embassy or Consulate of the country your are visiting to ensure you can travel as planned. Pic Your Paradise Travel is not responsible if you are denied entry and cancellation penalties will apply.

Travel DocumentsTravel documents will be emailed or mailed once full payment is received. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the information is correct. If you notice any errors, please contact us right away.
